Return Policy

This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds and complaints in relation to products (“Products”) purchased from Xlozarinwlixarun via the website xlozarinwlixarun.ddd. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. We are based in Ireland and sell to consumers in Ireland and the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA).

We will respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event within the timeframes set out below or required by law.

2. Your right to withdraw (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the EU or EEA, you have a legal right to withdraw from the contract (cancel your order) within 14 days of the day on which you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the Products, without giving any reason.

2.1 How to exercise your right to withdraw

To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post to the contact details above). You may use the following model wording but it is not mandatory: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of [product name].” You can also use our contact form or email and state that you wish to return the product and receive a refund. We will send you an acknowledgement and instructions for returning the Products.

2.2 Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (we may deduct the direct cost of returning the goods if we have informed you of this and you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than our standard option). We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned Products or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

2.3 Returning the products

You must send back the Products without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the Products before the 14-day period has expired. You are responsible for the cost of return delivery unless we have agreed to bear it or unless we have failed to inform you that you must bear it. Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible, in a resaleable condition. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and keeping proof of postage.

2.4 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal may not apply (or may be lost) in certain cases under EU/EEA law, including:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that were unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed capsules that you have opened). In such cases, you may lose the right to withdraw once the seal has been broken.
  • Goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Perishable goods.

If you have unsealed or used the product in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct from the refund an amount for the diminution in value of the goods. We will inform you before doing so.

3. Faulty or non-conforming products

If the Products are faulty, not as described, or do not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, damaged on arrival), you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and EU consumer law. Depending on the nature of the problem, you may be entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement (we may offer to repair or replace the product at no cost to you, where possible).
  • Price reduction (a partial refund if you choose to keep the product).
  • Refund (full refund including delivery costs, and we will arrange for the return of the product at our cost where appropriate).

You must inform us of the fault or non-conformity within a reasonable time (typically within two years of delivery; for the first six months it is generally assumed that the fault existed at delivery unless we can show otherwise). Please contact us with your order details, a description of the fault and, if possible, photos. We will respond and, where applicable, arrange for return and refund or replacement in accordance with the law.

4. Refund processing time

We will process your refund without undue delay and in any event:

  • For withdrawal (change of mind): within 14 days from the day we receive the returned Products or evidence that you have sent them back, or from the day you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For faulty or non-conforming products: within 14 days of our agreement that you are entitled to a refund, or as required by applicable law.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.

5. Products damaged or lost in return delivery

Until we receive the returned Products, they remain your responsibility. We recommend that you return them in secure packaging and use a trackable service. If the Products are lost or damaged in transit when you are returning them (e.g. under a withdrawal), please contact the carrier and us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may still process a refund once we have received the Products or evidence of return; we will not unreasonably withhold a refund where you have complied with this policy.

6. Non-EU/EEA customers

If you are not a consumer in the EU/EEA, your rights may be different. We may still offer returns or refunds at our discretion; please contact us to discuss. Any such returns will be subject to you bearing the cost of return delivery unless we agree otherwise.

7. Complaints

We take complaints seriously. If you are not satisfied with our Products or our handling of a return or refund, please contact us at the details above. We will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or to refer the matter to the relevant consumer authority in your country (e.g. the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in Ireland).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time (e.g. to reflect legal or procedural changes). The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Changes will not affect your rights in relation to orders already placed; for those, the policy in force at the time of the order applies unless the change is more favourable to you or required by law.
